Sacred Creatures

Pablo Raimondi and Klaus Janson are launching this new creator owned supernatural series with Image Comics. Sacred Creatures centers on Josh Miller, who is caught in the midst of a global conspiracy.

Supernatural forces maintaining the fragile balance of power in this world are beginning to unravel. Myth and reality collide, as Josh finds himself on the frontline of a battle against an enemy dating back to the beginning of time itself.

This is the very first creator-owned title by Paulo Raimondi and Klaus Janson. Janson had this to say “Years in the making, Sacred Creatures is the culmination of all the things I love about comics: amazing art, compelling characters, and a story that will make readers return month after month”.

Raimondi has created his own work before with Oxido and also hit the high notes with Inhumans and Books of Doom. While, artist Jansen is a comic book veteran having regularly been in print since the 1970s. He has written for such publications as The Adventures of Superman and Daredevil.

Sacred Creatures will arrive in comic book stores on Wednesday, July 5th. The first issue is a special edition with 66 pages of full-color art. Variant covers are also available.
